Well yeah, of course his spin on it is demonization of opposition... but why should we believe anything he says as reasonable or true? Anything else new in the news?
GregEh, sure we shouldn't believe him, he's a politician. However, even I can see that some of the tactics are unwarranted and have led me to ignore the anti 2010 movement completely. Many of my friends feel the same way. We are now indifferent to the Olympics because the Yes and No sides are so polarized and deadset against each other that neither is willing to work together. Ultimately is that not the goals of the protesters?

Why can't you quote The Province, did they fire you or something. Besides the quote is from Gordon Campbell, yes it was published in The Province paper, so what. A quote in published in any news source is still a quote is it not.

Love it that Vancouver whiners rag on local media, but the vaunted Globe and Mail is still the standard. Yep, the Globe which has 27 staffers actually carrying the torch in the torch run at the invitiation of VANOC. There's some good journalism right there.
